Social Media Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in social media marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, designing graphics, executing performance marketing campaigns, creating videos, and utilizing Microsoft 365 tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the content writing team to produce high-quality written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for project management, content creation, and collaboration with team members.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing social media calendars and content schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in content writing, graphic design, and video creation.
• Experience with performance marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
