We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Personal Social Media Manager. This unique role combines the traditional responsibilities of an executive assistant with the creative and strategic tasks of managing personal social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and adept at managing a wide range of administrative and social media activities, ensuring the executive’s professional and personal brand is represented effectively and engagingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, meetings, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.

Personal Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage content including text, images, videos, and graphics for social media posts.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to ensure the executive’s online presence remains relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with other team members to align social media activities with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, social media manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
