Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer & SEO Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, optimizing digital campaigns, and improving organic search performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, advanced SEO practices, and data analytics to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify high-performing strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Build and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including blog posts, articles, and other formats.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with the overall brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing, SEO, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and campaign results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, and SEO (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
